Blood pressure monitors are generally of two types. Their working varies based on the type of blood pressure monitor we are using. An analog monitor uses a dial gauge that can be read by using a pointer. Here we manually inflate the cuff. Digital blood pressure monitors have automatic or manual cuffs and the reading comes as flashes on a screen.

Nebulisers are used as inhalers. We can breathe the liquid medicine which will be taken as mist into the lungs directly. The electrical air pump of the nebuliser will pump the air at high pressure. People can use the face mask to breathe in the medicine. This can be used as a mouthpiece.

Body fat monitors work in different methods. The most commonly used one is the skin-fold caliper method. You can pinch the skin at three points. It will calculate the fat percentage from the readings obtained. There are electronic calipers which sense the pressure to measure the value of fat. It can also store information like gender and age of the person in its memory.
