It is worthy to remember again and again that a sound mind lies in a sound body. Release of stress demands some planned moves. The first thing could be making self awareness of the fact that I am under severe stress, and I should prepare my mind to get rid of this situation. The next move could be to in physical aspects of the body. Pressing or massaging certain body parts could significantly help one in getting rid of the physical illness due to stress. The next phase of action is to take proper breathe. Proper deep breathe could help fluent flow of blood throughout the body.
