Sleep well – for healthy body

But in a later part of life he complaints about serious health problems. He fails to take rest and sleep daily in his busy life. Thus normal cycle of life is tampered with.
Recent studies have shown that sleep is essential in adequate amounts for a healthy mind and a healthy body. A regular sleep as per the sleep cycle is a must for healthy body. The thought that sleeping in weekends will compensate the lack of sleep in other days is a stupid concept. Any disturbance affecting normal sleep has to be given due attention and has to be treated effectively. Without sleep, energy restoration for the body as well as replenishment will not take place normally. This affects the integrity of body and brain signaling a danger after effect.
