Modern world has severe health problems than olden times. This is mainly attributed to the different living conditions in the modern society. Modern men and women are going through a stress filled life which has shown to affect their health badly.

It is shown that stressful life can result in serious health problems ranging from biochemical changes to heart attack. This mainly happens because they never get time to have exercise or to eat properly. Their blood pressure therefore rises and an increased level of stress hormone is felt in the body. Their food fails to include fruits and vegetables which cause biological problems. This when coupled with methods they adopt to reduce stress including smoking and drinking can make things go worst. Hence a stressful life has to be avoided with a change in life style to have a healthy body.
