Tips to avoid injuries while exercising

Try warming up your body regularly before starting exercises. This can be a simpler version of the exercise you are going to do. Never increase the intensity of doing the exercise at a faster pace than ten percent. Progressive improvement is what that is recommended. If you are feeling that your body is getting tired, never continue with it. Take a short break from doing exercise. Resume only after you get proper energy. Never do exercise in a wrong way, rather practice proper methods of exercise. Practice stretching to make your body more flexible.
